Hi, I'm Mel. I help make nutrition work with your brain, not against it

Mel's story:

As a registered dietitian from rural Alberta, my fascination with food has been a lifelong journey. From a young age, I enjoyed learning how food plays a role in our health. This curiosity led me to pursue a career as a dietitian, where I could blend my love of food with my desire to help others achieve their wellness goals.

I understand how overwhelming the world of nutrition can be, especially with the vast amount of conflicting information that’s out there. Whether you’re balancing work, family, or other demands, it’s easy for nutrition to fall to the bottom of your priority list. I promise you that you are not alone! That’s why my approach is centred on simplifying nutrition in a way that fits your lifestyle.

My focus is offering you practical, evidence-based guidance that helps you cut through the noise and make informed decisions about your health. I meet you where you are, helping you develop a personalized plan that supports your unique goals, preferences, and daily routine. Together, we’ll work towards making realistic, long-term changes that allow you to feel your best while still enjoying the foods you love.

I look forward to meeting you!
