Efficient Eats: A Guide to Effective Meal Planning and Prepping is a 4-week journey to develop the skills needed for developing a meal planning and meal prep routine! Join Registered Dietitian Kelsey Hagen as she guides you through some simple strategies to help you save, time, money and energy.

Sport Group Coaching

We offer group-based performance nutrition and wellness programs for sport teams and organizations. Programs are designed to support athlete development, performance, and recovery through evidence-based education and team-focused delivery.

Teams can engage through introductory sessions, progressive development series, or integrated performance programs, depending on their season, goals, and level of support needed.

Looking for flexible learning options? Our online courses offer evidence-based nutrition and wellness education that can be completed as a team or individually, on your own schedule. These courses are a great complement to group coaching or a standalone resource for athletes, parents, and coaches.
