Note that the instructions below are only for new bookings. If you need to reschedule an appointment that is already booked, see How to submit a request to reschedule your appointment.

You can use this process for booking a new session with or without a package.

  1. Sign In:
    • Start by signing in to your client portal in Practice Better using your email address and password.
  2. Select the Red Action Button:
    • Look for the prominent red action button on your dashboard and select it to open a menu.
  3. Request a Session:
    • From the menu, choose “Request a Session” to move forward with scheduling your appointment.
  4. Filter by Practitioner:
    • Use the filter options to select your desired practitioner.
  5. Choose the Session:
    • Scroll through the available options and make your selection. You’ll notice both regular and 50-minute Follow-Up Sessions available here. 
  6. Book Now:
    • Click on “Book Now” to proceed with booking the selected session.
  7. Select Method, Date, and Time:
    • Choose your preferred method (e.g., in-person, virtual), then select a date and time that fits your schedule.
  8. Confirm & Book:
    • Review your choices, and once everything looks good, click “Confirm & Book” to finalize your appointment

My Viva Plan is the application we use to build your programming. It contains your nutrition plan, fitness plan, progress tracking, lifestyle assessments, and more.

Please be aware that My Viva Plan is not integrated with Practice Better. As such, you must make separate login credentials for each platform.
