Body Composition Analysis

Understand your body, track your progress, optimize your plan.

At Revive Wellness, use body composition analysis instead of relying only on height and weight (or body mass index) for assessments. Body composition analysis helps track the distribution and change in muscle mass versus body fat, which is more strongly related to long-term health outcomes and functionality.

To measure your body composition, we use bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA). BIA uses a low-grade electrical current sent through your body. This provides data on how much muscle and fat mass your body has, which can be used to refine your nutrition or exercise program. We will provide you with an 8.5″ x 11” results sheet containing your body composition analysis data to take away for your records.

If you book a body composition analysis with a review session, one of our dietitians will spend time with you to review your body composition results, teach you how to interpret the results, and discuss how to use this information to help you reach your goals.
